Project Summary
We have developed a purely excel based tool for inventory management on shop floors. The tool allows our client to manage inventory distribution b/w stores, contractors and consumption. They can upload inventory data for vendors in bulk and can control the dropdown details as well.
There are reports to easily find the outstanding inventory with all entities at any given point of time thus easing the entire process.
The tool also implements a user level authentication and stores details of user who made changes in the tool. This brings around an accountability within the team and reduces the changes of errors.
